Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT) Skills Group
This group focuses on understanding how OCD creates doubt and learning to trust your real-world experience again. I-CBT offers an alternative or complement to ERP, helping you step out of obsessive reasoning patterns and reconnect with clarity and confidence.
Social Anxiety Skills & Support Group
A supportive, low-pressure space to work on social anxiety alongside others who get it. We focus on building confidence, reducing avoidance, and practicing skills that make social situations feel more manageable and authentic over time.
